WebOnly if I check it for penetrating, it says something is off. EDIT 2: I solved the issue. The simulation will not work if you create the rotation region while you are editing flow simulation parameters. You need to make that region as a separate part BEFORE you start a new flow simulation. Toook me a while to figure that out.

You can select the solid body in the top of the feature tree. I'm not sure about your question 2 though I don't think you can.
