I could definitely understand if I were unpublishing the app, or removing a report / page within a report from the app, but that's not what I'm doing. In PowerApps, check in onStart if Param(your parameter) is empty of not and if it isn't navigate to a screen with and edit form and show the record with the ID matching your Param.
